During his medical internship at Ganga Ram Hospital, he discovered a passion for entrepreneurship, leading him to explore courses in marketing and innovation at the London School of Economics and Harvard University.

In 2015, driven by a desire to cultivate a vibrant entrepreneurial community in India, Malik founded Innov8 Coworking. The venture aimed to provide dynamic workspaces that foster creativity and collaboration among freelancers, startups, and corporates. Innov8’s inaugural space was uniquely established in a heritage building in Delhi’s Connaught Place, reflecting Malik’s commitment to blending tradition with modernity

The company expanded to over 13 cities across India, managing more than 1.25 million square feet of workspace. Post-Innov8, Malik established Nebula Holdings, a family office focusing on investments in public equities, private startups, and real estate. As an angel investor, he has backed over 125 startups, including notable names like Josh Talks, Ketto, and Agnikul Space.
